Xensa.ai collects only the personal information you choose to share with us — typically your name, email address, and any details you enter into our contact form. We use that information for one purpose only: to send you updates about the upcoming Xensa product and to reply to your messages. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party.

What we collect

• Contact information you submit voluntarily via the contact form or by emailing us directly (name, email address, optional phone number, company name, and the message you write).
• Basic web-server logs generated automatically when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). These are kept for operational and security purposes only and are not used to build advertising or marketing profiles.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the information you requested.
• To send occasional product-update emails about the development and eventual release of Xensa. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to one of those emails.
• To keep the website running, debug technical issues, and protect against abuse.

Who we share it with

No one — we do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. The only parties that ever come into contact with your data are the technical service providers we use to operate the site (web hosting, email delivery, security monitoring), and they are bound by contract to process the data only on our behalf. If we are ever required to disclose information to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process, we will do so only to the extent strictly required.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as the correspondence with you is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you reach out again. Web-server logs are rotated on a short cycle (typically 30–90 days) and discarded.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
• You can opt out of product-update emails at any time by replying to any such email and asking to be removed.

Cookies

The website uses only the minimum technical cookies / session tokens required to keep the live demo working (so you can stay logged in while interacting with the demo). It does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies that follow you across other sites.

Pre-release notice

Xensa is currently in active development. All software interfaces, hardware specifications, and features shown on this site are for demonstration purposes and are subject to change prior to official commercial release. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, contractual commitment, or warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
